Gangaram, fondly known as Ganga, is raised by his foster parents in a small village, embracing the simple joys of rural life. After 24 years, his biological parents, wealthy tycoons Avinash and Radha, seek to bring him to their lavish city home. Ganga reluctantly agrees, bidding an emotional farewell to his friends and his love, Saawni.
In the city, Ganga struggles to adapt to his new surroundings and meets his elder brother Milind, Milind's wife Supriya, and his younger brother. The city's fast-paced lifestyle and his straightforward nature make him a target of ridicule. Meanwhile, Avinash arranges a marriage between Ganga and Tina, a wealthy woman, despite Ganga's lingering feelings for Saawni. As Ganga's honesty clashes with the city’s duplicity, tensions rise, drawing his newfound family into unforeseen conflicts.
