After losing his left arm in battle, Captain Jaswant Kumar is honorably discharged from the Indian army and relocates to Shanti Nagar, Bombay, to live with journalist A.V. Razdan. However, Shanti Nagar is anything but peaceful, controlled by ruthless extortionists Peter Gonsalves and Jaichand Khurana, who operate under the command of underworld kingpin Taneja.
Determined to bring change, Jaswant teams up with a fearless taxi driver, Raju Varma, to take on the criminals. Their efforts yield early victories, drawing Taneja’s ire. In retaliation, Taneja hires a deadly assassin, Raaka, to eliminate them. However, in a surprising twist, Jaswant and Raju manage to win Raaka over, and the trio unites against Taneja.
But alliances built on shaky ground rarely last. Jaswant and Raju soon discover that Raaka isn’t one to keep friends—only enemies. Framed for smuggling, they are arrested and sentenced to two years in prison. With Jaswant and Raju out of the way, Taneja and his men are free to tighten their grip on Shanti Nagar, leaving the battle for justice far from over.
